Job Description

We are a boutique brokerage with a worldwide presence through our affiliate company www.binswanger.com. We pride ourselves on our accomplishments by working together as a team, in a family type atmosphere. All of our agents are accomplished, driven, and motivated professionals. Our company is seeking a newly licensed junior agent to enter our training program. We are unique in that the junior will immediately begin working with each agent in our office and will gain a wide spectrum of experience, as we believe that working with only one agent or team limits the learning process.

 

Preferred candidate will possess:

  • An undergraduate degree;
  • Current real estate license (or at least completed Phase II of the licensing program);
  • Knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area;
  • A strong phone presence and the ability to communicate clearly and in a businesslike manner;
  • Past sales experience; and
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Performance Goals

  • Make 100 outbound sales calls to prospective clients each week – these calls are not random, and are targeted at the beginning of each week through a collaborative team approach;
  • Liaison with Marketing and Technology department to execute listings, mandates, and improve marketing plans;
  • Perform showings, attend listing and mandate presentations with senior agents; and
  • Assist senior agents in managing real estate transactions, due diligence, and closing arrangements.

 

Select candidates will be on a very favourable commission split with senior agents for the business they derive and manage.
